2007 Calendar Issue (When toggling between e-mail and calendar)

I'll be viewing my calendar and select to view one or more additional
calendars (fellow colleagues), then I toggle back to e-mail to do something
else, when I return to my calendar view (with multiples selected), there are
absolutely no appointments on any of the calendars. But if I deselect the
additional calendars (returning my view to just my own calendar), then toggle
back to e-mail and then back to Calendar, all the appointments return to
view. Therefore I have to take these steps everytime I'm working with
multiple calendars simultaneously. It is very frustrating and I would
appreciate any suggestions. --
