2007 Access

I have some basic question and thank you for any help.

1.) How do I get a form to come up automaticly when you start a database.
2.) In 2003 I had no problem with how to display a listing of: Tables,
Forms, Querys, and so on. But now in 2007 I don't even know were to find the
listings that have this info in them...
3.) when I upgraded a database from 2003 to 2007 all the forms don't come up
when I click on the main form.

Please Help and Thank You!

Re 1: Startup form
In Access 2007, you define the startup form via the Office Button (round
button at top left.) Then:
Access Options | Current Database | Display Form

Re 2: Display by object
Right-click the top of the Nav Pane (left.)
Under Category, choose Object Type.
Under Sort By, choose Name.
Under View By, choose List.
