2003 PPT Viewer video question

I have created a catalog of my company in 03 ppt it includes links to jpg,
pdf, png and mpeg files. when I package the presentation to put on a CD
everything works fine except the mpeg files the sound plays butu all I get is
a black screen, the video range from 18mb to 33mb. One last question is there
a way to format the CD to auto start when someone places in their computer,
now you have to click on file folders to get to the right place. Thank you
for any help you can provide.
