-> [2003] Not show in groups? <-

Hi,
Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to tell it not to group the mail lists
for all folders?
I currently have to go to each folder and select View->Arrange By and
uncheck "Show in groups".
I'd like to have this applied to all views.
