2003 FrontPage Untimely Shut Down

When trying to save a file with "Save As", the program shuts down
immediately. Same thing for "Open". What am I doing wrong? Thanks

SharePoint Designer support )
Download links are at the bottom of the page.
Run the functions that clear:
The Hidden Temporary files.
The Hidden Cache (*.web) files.
