[2002/XP] Regarding Absolute URLs in Frontpage

M

Mike Whalen

I have one particular page in which a submit button and its
Frontpage-written relative URL is breaking a form. If the URL under
the submit button were an absolute URL, it would work fine.

What I am asking are ideas on how to fix this with minimal HTML
hand-editing. I know it's simple enough to edit the code in HTML view,
but won't this be nullified by Frontpage when I actually publish the
page to the web site?

Thanks,

M

If you are using the FP Forms handler the link must be w/i the site set thru form properties and confirmation page (or save results)

If you are not using the FP forms handler provide a link to the page or snippet of code
- is the "action" an onclick event (in submit) or a forms action
