2002 compatibility with Vista Home Premium

Is there an estimated time when they think they will have this resolved?
It is very frustrating after paying a couple of hundred dollars for the
Frontpage and then another several hundred for Vista Ultimate, then it
being useless. And now the warrantly has run out on Vista and cannot
get support without paying an additinal $59.95!
