2000 toolbar.

I am stumped here, I have a user who has somehow moved the toolbar to
the left side of thier screen and cant get it moved back to the
bottom. I know you should be click on the bar and move it back. It
wont work that way for some reason. ANyone have a idea here?

Should be able to right click on it holding down the
button, and drag it where you want it.

If you're a lefty and reversed the mouse buttons! Otherwise drag with
LEFT mouse button.
