2000 SP4

Applied Service Pack 4 to Windows 2000, on logging on
cannot load roaming profiles and uses temp profile. know
its a user environment problem and may need latest version
of userenv.dll. Cannot download from Microsoft. Can anyone
help.

you have two trusted Domains (one with your MachineAccount, the other one
with your UserAccount)?

Then type:
in Key : HKLM\Software\Policcies\Microsoft\Windows\System
AllowX-ForestPolicy-and-RUP=REG_DWORD:0x1
