2000 MDE file grow big running under 2007

Hi,

I am using Access 2007 sp1 under Vista Business. My access access app is
compiled under Access2000. And when I run it under 2007 sp1 for 4 hours,
my MDE grow from 17M to 104M. I know I can reduce the size by compact on
close option, but why is the MDE file growing so fast.

Can any one give some suggestion please?

Hi Tao

I'm having exactly the same problem with both Acc2000 and Acc2003
Frontend Databases, when used with Access 2007 SP1. Doesn't matter as
an MDB or MDE Format. The size of the Frontend is growing each day
from 10MB to >500MB.

Have you already found a solution for this? How many user are working
with your MDE?
