2000 laptop think pad dont have recovery console password DESPERATE HELP NEEDED

bought this from mail order now out of buisness.

after doin servuce pack 4 and zone labs i cant boot have c0000135
error at boot blue screen tried bootdisk to reset says cant find acct
names in hive

so i can reset to remove sp4 as microsoft recommends desperately need
some help

i did parallel install and also something seems wron with drive or
worm in there

have some issues here for sure
