2000 file format or 2002/2003

Hi,

what should you choose??
And why?
I need to migrate Office 97 to Office 2003. So I need to
convert all files, but what format is better?
 
if you do not need special features provided by Access XP/2003 - then use
2000 format
 
section "Key new features in Microsoft Access" in online help will give an
idea!
