2 windows

If I have many different windows open as shown on the status bar but I only
want to work on 2 side by side how do I do it? When I click on show windows
side by side it shows me evewryone I have open and I don't want to close all
of them
 
In Word, you can select one document, then use Window | Compare Side by Side
With and choose the second document.
