(I have 2 mail box and I need to use the same from a single pc, as to avoid
the confusion - I like to keep 2 outlook - is that possible?)

You don't need two versions - you can just set up two profiles on your
machine with a single version of Outlook.

And AFAIK you can't anyway.

No.

Dear,

Thanks for the quick reply, What I mean - if I create two profile then one
will be busy always(message journaling from a different server), I don't even
get the time to check the other profile. If I can setup 2 versions of outlook
- it can be simple (I hope)

Any possibilities?

Hi Anver,

No, you only start one instance of Outlook. What type of accounts are we
talking about? Can't you add them both to your single Outlook profile?

I'm not clear on what the problem is there; other than you want them both
to run at the same time? In that case just add both mail accounts to the
same profile and use a rule to move the messages from one of them to a
different folder.

Hi Roady,
Let me explain - What I need.
I need to enable the message journaling funtion and all the journaled copy
to be checked by one specific user. This user also have an Exchange mailbox.
I don't want to create(or I can't create) two exchange account under one
profile. The profile created for Journaled Mail will be busy all the time(all
35 users send/receive mail),
So for checking individual account - this user doesn't get time to shift the
profile.
This user also have an ISP based company's main internet email account.

Any possibilities

Do the journalling on the server side. The ONLY way you're going to get
simultaneous Outlook instances running on the client side is by using
Virtual PC and running essentially two separate operating systems side by
side. That's way more work than you should do for this.
