2 soundcards

hello I wonder if I can use both my inboard soundcard and my new soundcard at
the same time cause now my pc is only using the new soundcard. anybody know
how I can get both of them to work?
 
i think that would have to do with the different hardware profiles. you can
have multiple hardware profiles. email if you want to do this
