2 separate network configurations

If I have a wireless network card and an integrated card on a notebook. Am I correct in thinking that one can be configured for home and one for work to create 2 different configurations??? We have a notebook user that needs her network configuration (via integrated card) set for work, yet wants to put in a network at home and will be setting up a wireless network there. I am hoping that when at work and the network cable is connected to the integrated card, it will not interfere with the wireless and vice versa!!!
Thank

Try MultiNetwork Manager 7 from www.globesoft.com
this product will let you have multiple configurations for
different networks and it works perfect with both wired
and wireless connections.
This product has saved me so much time and frustration
