2 reports(Urgent !)

Hi,

I have 2 separate reports with different format and
layout, one is "PO report"(report1), another one is "Term
& Condition of PO", and has one page only(report2).

Is there easy way to print the report 1 on page 1, report
2 on page 2, then report 1 on page 3, report 2 on page 4
and so on.

Thanks a lot !

Regards,
Harry.

Have you tried making report2 a subreport, embedded at the end of report1?

Good luck

Jeff,

Yes, I have tried to add the report2 as a subreport into
the Report Footer section of report1, but it is printed on
the last page of report1(say, after 1000 pages of report 1
printed, report2 printed on page 1001.)

But, here is what I want:
"Print 1st page of report1 on page 1, 1st page of report2
on page 2, then 2nd page of report1 on page 3, 2nd page of
report2 on page 4, and so on"

Any solution for this ? Thanks a lot !

Harry.

Just an idea, I've not tried it.

Identify what field in each report is unique(ie. [customer-ID]? and make a
main report from a query 'control source' linking these two fields {children
fields}. Then, try putting the sub-reports into detail section and make the
property of each sub-report 'force new page'.
