2 problems sending goes on/on and reply emails get errors

I have 2 things happening first when I open or send an email it just seems to
keep trying but does not seem to get out...I think most of these emails are
replys and below is the error I get from (I replaced name with ????? for
privacy)
sys admin- Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: RE: if you can call me Fri. Afteroon.
Sent: 7/24/2006 10:38 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

????????- 2574' on 7/24/2006 10:38 PM
553 sorry, that domain isn't allowed to be relayed thru this MTA
(#5.7.1)

you are trying to send through a server other than the one to which you are
currently logged on. Set your authentication appropriately for that server.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
