2 Outlook Problems

re: outlook 2000
-all upgrades, downloads, etc. known are installed
-problems:
1-cannot change font size. the 'font size' area in the
toolbar is not there. tried all toolbars,etc. it's blank.
2-'Outlook today' cannot be customized in any way. click
on the customize button and nothing happens.

any ideas on what to do???

I'm having the same problem with my font size box being blank. So are my
font style and font boxes. Have you found a resolution anywhere else?
