2 min timeout value when logging on with remote desktop.

When using remote desktop, when connecting to a server if I do not logon
within 2 mins I get disconnected. Where can I adjust this and bump this up.
This 2 min timeout is a default somewhere with Windows.
 
The 2 minute time-out for the login dialog is hardcoded in the
msgina.
You can't change it.
