2 min from login screen to desktop.

Hello, i was wondering if anyone could help me with this. My computer takes about 2 minutes to go from the login screen to the desktop. It started doing this about a week ago. I havn't installed any new software, ive ran spybot and adaware, and scanned for virus's. But still nothing. Before it started doing this it would only take a few seconds. I have no idea what to do with this. Is there a way to tell if its hanging on a program and what program it is? Someone please help, and feel free to email me. Thanks

I have the same problem, but mine takes up to 5 minutes!!!
