Hello Darlene,
Does the folder location under \Program Files look or sound familiar to you? Has this anything to do with "Mywebspace"?
When the pc is booting up (after the BIOS has done its POST test and
before Windows starts loading),
Tap F8 Function key to get bootup options. Tap & keep repeat tapping F8 !
Select the option to run in "SAFE Mode" of Windows.
Use MSCONFIG to review your startup apps. Look at the Startup Tab. See if you see something with "MYWEB" in file name or folder name.
{From Start menu, select RUN, then type in MSCONFIG }
I suggest that you to download and run Silent Runners, which will help to determine which programs are auto-loaded at each Windows startup

{You would have to download using another pc, and then put on a flash USB drive or burn to CD, then take to the problem pc.}
The page has an FAQ link. If you need more guidance see "Using the script"

Be aware Silent Runners is a script. You may need to tweak your antivirus or security program to allow it to run.
