2 different fonts in a cell

Is there a way to put 2 different fonts in the same cell?

For instance:

D(symbol style)T(arial style)...so it would show as 'delta T'

Good evening Morrigan

Slect the cell containing Delta T and press F2. Highlight Delta and
the change it to the cell that you want. Then highlight the T and
select teh font that you want.

I just tried it, and it worked for one cell but not the other. The on
cell that works has 2 lines (alt+Enter). The one does not work has
lines (alt+Enter x4). Does that make a different

Yes.

Work in the Formula Bar.

Highlight (using your mouse) the text you want to format in the formula bar
and then use the usual formatting tools

If it's text (not a formula and not a number).

Select the characters in the formula bar, then hit format|cells. Choose that
nice font.

Hmm....nevermind, that one cell might be corrupted. I deleted it an
tried again and worked.

Yes.

Type DT (or dT) into the cell formatted in arial style.

Then, in the formula bar, select only the D; click on the Font box on the left
hand side, and select the Symbol font.

There are also Delta symbols as part of the Arial unicode font set. U+0394 and
U+03B4
