2 different font sizes are printing email messages??!!!

Can anyone help me with this question please. When
printing email messages from Outlook Express 6, to a
Lexmark Z42 printer the body of the email message is
printing in very large font, however the top part of the
message, ie the TO: FROM: CC: SENT: and SUBJECT: lines
all print in default font size. How do I fix the body of
the email to be the same. (the font all looks the same
size on the screen)

I suddenly have the exact same problem, but I didn't see any reply to your thread. Did you ever find out how to fix the problem?
