In Windows Explorer under Documents and Settings in my name as user I have 2
Application Data Folders, the contents is not exactly the same in both but
very similar, am I able to delete one of these folders or at least combine
them? Any help would be great thanks.

Are you able to give me directions on how to show the full path to each

1 folder is 31.4MB and contains 1009 files, the other is 10.9MB and
contains
251 files. I hope this helps.

You can't have two folders with exactly the same part and name. One of them
must have an invisible character in its name. Until you find out what is
going on, don't delete anything.

What mail program do you use?
