Please tell me where the 2.5" is measured? I believe there is a 3.5" too.

It refers to a nominal width, but the actual drive width is
2.75" while the 3.5" is actually 4" wide. See here.

Thank you Pen. I didn't know WikiPedia had that data. Now I know better
