16bit Windows Subsystem

I'm new at this, after logging on the following message is displayed on my desktop
16 bit
Windows Subsystem(System\CurrentControlSet\Control\VitualDeviceDriver.VDD
Vitual Device Driver format in registery is invalid. Can someone help me correct this problem. Don'
have any idea what I did to cause this, appreciate any HELP!! Thank You
