16bit Subsystem Error

Trying to install software this subsystem error keeps
coming up followed Microsoft Knowledge Base Article -
324767 did nothing any help??
 
What is this software designed for? Sounds like a program for Windows
98/95 or earlier. You may be able to run it in compatibility mode.
Right click on the file, click properties, click Compatibility, and set
it to Windows 95 and see if it works. I would highly recommend finding
the latest version of whatever it is you are trying to install.
