14MB message-stuck in outbox and cannot send or delete it

attempted to send numerous attachments in email (had a blond mement) and now
it's stuck in outbox trying to send it. Cannot delete it, tried doing an
archiving of it to a dummy archive .pst file; didn't work. Need help here.
