123 conversion

I have worksheets saved on diskettes that are Lotus 97
worksheets. I don't have a Lotus program - only Excel.
How do I pull up the files in Excel? When I try to open
the worksheets, Excel tells me "Cannot open 123 file"
HELP!
 
you need find someone with lotus and convert the files to
some version of Excel.

E-Tech.ca can recover corrupt/damaged 123 and Quattro Pro files.
