1202 error when running Outlook Express

I have begun receiving a 1202 error when ever I run
Outlook Express and cannot use the app. Does anyone know
how I can repair this and just what it might be? TIA

Hi,
We get this error when Jet database engine has gone bad
reinstall outlook express
