120 GB Hard Drive

Hi
Does anyone know if Windows XP Home Edition can handle a
120 GB hard drive?
Don't want top spend the money if it can't.

been told that it can, but you need to use ntfs and not
fat 32, either format it to ntfs or use convert in dos.
