10093:Successful WSAStartup not yet performed

I have a Dell inspiron 5000 laptop with win 2k pro. I
installed a lynksys wireless router and everything was
great. I ran the spybot program and it quit working and
gives me this message: "10093:Successful WSAStartup not
yet performed". I tried to reload the TCP/IP Protocol but
it goes so far and then tells me it can't find the
drivers for it? I've tried to tell it to look in the W2k
disc, the lynksys disc. I' ve tried to unistall and
reinstall. I also did the recovery mode on spybot also.
Spybot worked fine with my hard line.
