100 percent cpu usage and 43 processes

I mostly McAfee stuff and a couple I tunes and Windows Explorer. My computer
is running slower. Is there any simple fix ?

So what's using the CPU?

Open the Task Manager...
Ctrl + Shift + Esc | Click the Processes tab |
Click on the CPU header twice to put the high number at the top

When you started Task Manager and executed the commands that Wesley gave
you, what was the name of the process that occurs at the top of the list?
