I would venture to say that 75% or more of the time, posts in all upper case
lettering with no sign of grammatical correctness or even punctuation are
spam. The rest of the time you can tell spam by ridiculous claims, where
they choose to advertise, how they choose to advertise and - what they
advertise.
What you have is a place where you have to actually sign-up to get any
benefit. Most likely - everything you would get from the web page - you
could get from here and/or a Google search. Those things truly *are* free.
No registration required.
Another sure sign of spam...
Something that is 'free' has a '100% guarantee' <- on most levels, that
makes no sense.
