100% CPU Utilization at login

M

Mark Kash

A random act seems to be occuring when we log on to our
network. Several proccesses are running more than one
instance. As a result our CPU utilization is at 100%. We
think we narrowed it down to one process that is chewing
up the bulk of the CPU, pctspk.exe. Everything in our
system tray also has two instances running. There are
other processes running twice too, cdwriter and acrotray.
If we kill pctspk.exe and explorer.exe the computer seems
to run fine. Can anybody help?
