10-key keyboard help

hope some one out there can help me with this weird problem...my 10-key
numbers stopped working suddenly, hitting them do nothing, even though +
sign or others work, the keys work when in dos, not when windows starts up,
have replaced keyboard, have deselected all the start-up programs with no
result. re-installed xp, ran antivirus, registry clean up, all no
help,,,does any one out there know what this is all about? thank you greatly
if you can help me...

Are you using a Microsoft Access database for this? If not, you are in the
wrong newsgroup.

you should try hitting the NUMLOCK key buddy
