Hi, I just installed a new burner (replacing my old one). XP comfirms installation.

When I try to install solfware I get a prompt, "not a valid win32 application'. So I'm guessing
need administrators (microsoft) approval. Where do I go (website or phone #). Thanks!

Are you not installing from an Administrator account? Are you referring to
a burning application, in which case are you sure it is compatible with XP,
do you have the latest version and any necessary updates. It might help if
we knew to what application you are referring along with the version number
but as I said above you can check that at the application maker's website.
