Hi to everyone,
Although this problem doesn't necessarily relate to XP, a client does have 4
XP PCs. Basically, they use 1 email address and the first person into the
office in the morning logs onto a PC and views the emails. However, some
users are complaining that when they logon to their machines, numerous of the
same emails are showing in their inbox also. They use POP3 with an ISP.
I gather then, that the reason for this is that the first person who logs on
doesn't delete the emails, and thus, they come down onto the other PCs also.
Is this correct, as I would like to know what the main complications of a
situation like this are, whereby 1 email address is used among many users.
Many thanks to all replies,
Jeff
