0x800ccc60 smtp_response_error

I am having trouble with this error code 0x800ccc60
SMTP_RESPONSE_ERROR
It is occurring in an NT4.0 environment using exchange
server for email.
Only one of the workstations is having this problem.
if anybody has any ideas on how to fix this I would be
grealty appreciative.

What version of Outlook is on that workstation? What sort of mail account
is being used to talk to the Exchange server?
