I am using MS Outlook 2002, I can only recieve emails. I can not send any.
Can someone help me please. My personal email is (e-mail address removed).
I am so frustrated with this error problem. Thank you in advance.

Do you have any anti-virus programs that scan your outgoing mail? If so,
turn off that scanning.
