0x80042108 Outlook Is Unable to Connect

Error Message: 0x80042108 Outlook Is Unable to Connect to
Your Incoming POP3 E-mail Server. I can not reslove
issue -- have tried sfc, office detect and repair, runing
no norton software -- can not find answer??

Have you checked the pop3 server url is correct. Go to your ISPs website and find the e-mail settings section. Then confirm that you have the correct one. They may have changed it without informing you
