03 mde will not run with full version of Access 2007

We have a mde program created with 2003. Just a few of use have the full
version of Access 2007. The rest uses 2003 run-time. I am unable to run the
mde file with Access 2007. Any ideas? My other co-worker can. I'm not sure
if its b/c she's got the developer version or what? I've reinstalled and/or
repaired it, compared settings to co-worker pc, no luck. Access 2007 will
launch when I click on the 2003 mde file but it doesn't do anything after
that. I'm stumped. Please advise.

First, are you sure your co-workers is opening the MDE with 2007. Can she
open 2007 and then open the 2003 mde? I would guess the answer is no.

As far as I know, you cannot run an mde under any other version than the
version that created it. Of course, I did say "as far as I know".

John - yes she is able to open the mde file in 2007 that is why I'm stumped
at this and asking for help. Like I said earlier, she does have developer
version so not sure if that is why she's able to open it and I'm not. Even
if I tried opening the mdb file in 07, all I get is a messed up file but she
can do it.

See.....then why isn't it opening in mine? Is there some sort of settings
hidden that I've missed?

Chris - I found what the issue was! The subfolders from the path in the
trusted settings were not checked. As soon as I allowed all subfolders to be
checked, it lauched the mde file!!!!! Thanks! Two heads are better then one.
