zune

i have bought a zune player and cant load software. everytime i go to load
sotfware at the end it says installation error, and in my event log the
error is 11708. dont know how to fix this problem.

first u need to find the error in the log file.
Type this in Start > Run or copy paste it

%temp%/zuneinstall.log

error should be 4 digits at near bottom.IT WONT BE THE 1708 number, it will be the 4 digit number ABOVE it about 5 lines up.
