ZPOINT32.exe error message on startup after upgrading from Windows ME to XP Pro

I recently upgraded to Windows XP Professional from
Windows ME in order to be able to load the Office 2003
Professional Suite. The upgrade seems to have worked
other than I see this message pop up each time I Log in as
myself within Windows XP. I can close that message and
move on but I wanted to find out what it means and if I
can stop it or fix the problem. I found a link on the net
that said it may have to do with a USB graphics/writing
tablet driver. I do have a tablet which I uninstalled
according to some pre install notes I had read, and I've
since rerun the CD to set it up again since it says it's
compatible with Windows XP. Am I missing something or
doing something wrong? Can anyone help me out? I don't
have the rest of the message with me right now but can go
into greater detail if needed.

Checkbox beside: Don't show this message or launch the System
Configuration Utility when Windows starts.

It sounds like you either accept going back to the original error, or
you choose not to see this message; however, what if something else
happens down the road and a future message that is important doesn't
display? Is the problem really being resolved or is there more to this?

It will reappear when something else gets disabled in startup.
