Zone alarm pro

I have followed the instructions on zone alarm pro to allow ports to be
opened for specific progs, however one prog says that its port is not
reachable. I tried opening that specific port, yet I still get the same
problem on port 4662. How can I allow this TCP port to be available for all
traffic?
