Zero byte files are alive and well

Check the inbox in WinExplorer and you'll see lots of zero byte files.

The outbox is full of them.

I see them as well in RTM x86. Is it OK/desirable to delete these on a
regular basis?

I tested it by deleting all the files in the outbox directory and so far
there have been no problems. You should probably not delete the foi file,
but that didn't seem to matter, when I did.
