Zeno.exe ???

I have a young friend who is having lots of difficulties with his XP
system. He has run the usual adware/spyware utilities, recommended
here, & has gotten rid of a good handfull of malware......via Safe Mode.
However, there is popups that are still driving him crazy...he says it
references Zeno. I've Googled for it & have found a couple sites (am
unfamiliar with them) that offered to scan for this problem.....& looks
like they will then charge for the removal tool. Can anyone recommend a
free cleanup tool for the Zeno.exe pop-up problem?

I Believe his XP system is up-to-date on the critical updates. He is
worried that the next step may have to be a total system restore back to
the factory state. He will really appreciate any advice/guidance you
may be able to offer.
