Microsoft Powerpoint-Serious Problem

hey everyone i just need some advice on what to do currently i am doing a
powerpoint project with my boss, and its driving me crazy, i tell him my
ideas and and he shoots it down, in a way, i am trying to make his powerpoint
presentation cater for the young ones as well but he won't hear any of it, me
being young myself, i think his not taking it seriously his a old man, how
can we decide and and agree on something we both like, and i don't mean just
a picture, i have suggested everything to him, how can i get him to change
his mind on this.

Hi,

No-one ever created a sculpture with a sledge hammer, but with little chips
of a chisel. Take it gently, and change him slowly. If you are not being
taken seriously, it will take time for him to see you are right.
