You've reached the daily limit for creating Windows Live IDs

I have set up my own windows live ID and I am trying to setup my daughters on
the same computer but from her account login not my own.
I am using the following e-mail for her: {removed email address} which I am
told is available.
I complete the form and submit at which point i get the following error:
"You've reached the daily limit for creating Windows Live IDs. Please wait a
day and try to sign up again or contact support for assistance.
OK
Error code: 450 : 0x800482d4 : 2009-07-23T14:03:54 GMT"
I had this problem yesterday and the same problem 24 hours later. I also
want to set up my partner with an account..
Can anyone help??
